A nice break from the usual cold buffet, our hot entrees are complete with rice or potatoes, green salad and rolls with butter.

CHICKEN ENTREES

Chicken entrees are served with a choice of Rice Pilaf or Roasted Potatoes.

CHICKEN MARSALA:  with mushrooms, scallions, marsala wine, & Italian herbs.

 

CHICKEN PICCATA:  with capers & white wine sauce.

 

CHICKEN PRIMAVERA:  with vegetables in a light cream or marinara sauce.

 

CHICKEN PARMESANO:  battered and topped with mozzarella, then baked in a tomato sauce.

 

CHICKEN JERUSALEM:  sauteed with black olives, artichokes, & mushrooms.

 

PETTO di POLLO:  whole grilled chicken breast topped with Italian salsa.

 

TERIYAKI CHICKEN BROCHETTES:  skewered chicken, bell peppers, onions, and pineapple with a honey teriyaki glaze.

 

CHICKEN FAJITAS:  marinated chicken, fresh tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, and sauteed peppers rolled in a flour tortilla with sour cream, served with Mexican rice.

 

CHICKEN FLORENTINE:  whole chicken breast rolled & stuffed with spinach ricotta and scallions, sliced and served with wine sauce.

 

ROAST TURKEY BREAST:  with gravy, apple sausage stuffing or garlic mashed potatoes.

SEDANTI PICANTI:  rigatoni with sundried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and peppers.

 

FUSILLI ALLA BOLOGNESE:  fusilli pasta with fresh ground beef, onion, garlic, and tomato sauce.

 

LINGUINI VONGOLE:  linguini with clams and garlic in a cream sauce or house marinara.

 

PENNE PASTA PRIMAVERA: pasta with vegetables, choice of pesto, marinara or alfreado sauce

 

MANICOTTI FLORENTINE:  pasta shells stuffed with spinach & cheese in pomodoro cream sauce.

 

TORTELLINI AL FREDO:  cheese filled pasta in cream & parmesan sauce.

 

RAVIOLI:  meat or cheese-filled pasta in a cream, marinara, or basil pesto sauce.

 

RIGATONI:  with a creamy pesto sauce & toasted pine nuts.
